J. Kirby O'Malley receives NPCA Robert Yoakum Award

J. Kirby O'Malley, president of Garden State Precast in Farmingdale, N.J., received the 2024 NPCA Robert E. Yoakum Award, given each year to an individual who plays a leading role in the precast concrete industry.
The award was announced Saturday, Sept. 28, during the NPCA 59th Annual Convention in Tucson, Ariz.
