The NPCA has recognized Garden State Precast as one of its' top safety organizations once again in 2021. The company has been awarded the “2021 Gold Safety Award” for companies producing between 60,000 and 120,000 hours. During this past year, Garden State Precast brought in a voluntary OSHA audit to help improve upon all safety programs and procedures on site. The Safety Manager, Sean O’Malley, worked directly with the OSHA representatives over a 3 month span in order to complete this project. This was a good example of the company’s internal concept of never being satisfied and always looking to improve upon our instilled processes. This audit has educated the company and therefore, has made Garden State Precast a safer place to work for its’ employees.
2021 was completed without a loss time incident.
