Six Garden State Precast Department Heads and Employees recently completed the Momentum Makers Professional Skills Series training and received certificates of completion.
Momentum Makers is an 8-module curriculum designed to develop and improve the professional skills of management and employees. The series covers a diverse set of topics from Communication Skills to Management Skills to Team Skills. The effective use of these skills will improve productivity by increasing teamwork and communication, within the company and with customers and vendors.
